Job summary

Hai Hospitality is seeking a line cook to join our kitchen team in Denver. You will contribute to preparing and plating dishes, maintaining station cleanliness, and working closely with fellow cooks to deliver consistent guest experiences.

We offer a full-time schedule (4 days on, 3 days off) with competitive hourly pay ($20–$24) based on experience, plus benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, EAP, 401k with employer match, growth opportunities, and dining discounts.

Qualifications

Hai Hospitality (Uchi, Uchiko, Uchiba) is accepting applications for Line Cooks. In this role, you will serve as vital member of our kitchen team to create amazing dining experiences for our guests. We offer gainful employment as well as great opportunities to grow with the organization long-term! Compensation ranges between $20 - $24 per hour based on experience. We are offereing a full time schedule with 4 days on and 3 days off per week.

Basic Qualifications

• Must be able to effectively communicate with guests and other employees
• Detect and identify safety issues, and comply with safety guidelines and standards
• Lift and carry trays, dishes, equipment, and goods up to 50 lbs, stock inventory, and perform restocking duties
• Must have the ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Bend, stoop, and reach to access various areas and items
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environmentAbility to work in a variety of temperatures, both hot and cold
• Lift, push, or pull objects such as tables and chairs to reconfigure seating arrangements
