Job summary

Hilton Phoenix Resort at the Peak is seeking a full-time Line Cook to join our culinary team. This role covers AM/PM shifts, including weekends and holidays, at our resort.

You will prepare food to production and quality standards, maintain kitchen cleanliness, and work with a friendly, guest-focused team to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.

Responsible for ensuring that food items are prepared in accordance with production and quality standards while following proper cleanliness and maintaining the appearance of the Kitchen.

A Cook takes part in servicing our guests around our beautiful Resort. This task is to be handled in a friendly, courteous, timely, and professional manner resulting in an extremely high level of guest satisfaction. REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Must have the ability to communicate in English. Self-starting personality with an even disposition. Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times. Can communicate well with guests. Must be willing to "pitch-in" and help co- workers with their job duties and be a team player. Finger/hand dexterity in order to operate food machinery. Ability to grasp, lift and/or carry, or otherwise, move goods weighing a maximum of 100 lbs. on a continuous schedule.
