Job summary

Grand Hyatt Vail is hiring for a culinary position at our resort in Vail, CO. The role requires good communication skills and at least two years of line and fine dining experience. A culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred.

Candidates should be able to perform basic and intermediate cooking tasks including soups, sauces, stocks, frying, and broiling. You may work across multiple kitchen stations as part of a dynamic culinary team.

This culinary position requires good communication skills as well as at least two years of previous line and fine dining experience. A Culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred. Candidates should be able to perform all basic and intermediate cooking skills including preparation of soups, sauces, stocks, frying, broiling. The budgeted rate of pay for this position is $24.00. Actual rate of pay will commensurate based on experience.
