SSP America is hiring line cooks in Clearwater, FL. We offer full-time and part-time positions with pay at $17 per hour and great benefits, plus referral bonuses and PTO. We also provide On-Demand Pay through Fuego to access earned wages before payday.

As a line cook, you will follow recipes, maintain clean and organized stations, stock and rotate perishables, and assist with setup and equipment care. Prior food service experience and required permits are preferred; opportunities for advancement

Qualifikationen

• Minimum one year experience in a food service environment.
• Food handlers permit, as required by law.
• Brand Certification, as required by law.

Aufgaben

• Follow recipes and practice portion control to prepare, garnish, and present items.
• Maintain proper setup of the kitchen station daily.
• Requisition and stock all required food, paper products, and condiments.
• Handle, store, and rotate all products properly.
• Set up, maintain, clean, and breakdown machinery and equipment.
• Maintain stock and proper storage of perishables daily.
