Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a line cook for our 17-Arrows Craft Kitchen & Bar at the Hilton Polaris in Columbus, OH. You will work with the Food & Beverage team to ensure restaurant and banquet items are prepared and displayed to Crescent’s standards.

You should have a passion for creating delicious dishes, a keen eye for detail, and flexibility to cover a variety of shifts including days, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Seasoned in line cook duties and station setup.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including days, evenings and weekends.
• Comfort with delivering consistent, high-quality dishes.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and present menu items according to standards of Crescent’s Food & Beverage team.
• Assist with banquet and restaurant service as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations and equipment.

Here is what you will be doing each day:

As our line cook, you will be working with our Food & Beverage team to ensure that restaurant and banquet items are prepared and displayed according to our standards.
