Come join the Evergreen Restaurant Group/Italian Restaurant Group, a franchisee of Outback Steakhouse, as a Line Cook. In this role, you will passionately prepare, portion, and cook food items according to our quality standards.

As a Line Cook, you will be committed to safe food handling, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards during your shift. You will prepare food using proper safety equipment, tools, and recipe specifications. Your dedication helps provide each customer with an exceptional dining experience through your passion and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities include:

1. Following established food safety guidelines, recipes, standards, and procedures
2. Maintaining a clean, food-safe environment
3. Preparing, portioning, and cooking food items to quality standards
4. Assessing ingredients for freshness and quality, and rotating stock appropriately
