PM Line Cook – The Duck & The Peach (Full-Time, 30-35 Hours/Week)
If you love working with high-quality ingredients and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative kitchen, this role is for you! As a PM Line Cook, you will work with our talented chef team, led by Executive Chef Katarina Petonito and Pastry Chef Rochelle Cooper, to craft seasonal, modern American dishes with integrity and finesse.

La Collina’s Tigelle Window is our 6-day-a-week lunch concept, where we serve our signature Italian-inspired Tigelle sandwiches. This is a guest-facing role, meaning you’ll not only cook but also engage with customers, bringing warmth and hospitality to the experience.
