Job summary

Glory Days Grill in Warrenton, VA is seeking an experienced BOH Line Cook to contribute to our busy kitchen. You will prepare and plate items, maintain line stations, and work as part of a team to deliver quality meals.

The ideal candidate has prior line cook experience, proficiency with kitchen equipment, knowledge of cooking techniques, strict sanitation, and strong communication and organization. You should be able to multitask and stand for long periods.

BOH Line Cook

Main Responsibilities of a Line Cook:

• Cooking and completing items in a timely manner
• Will use kitchen equipment for cooking and be responsible for the cleaning and breakdown of the station
• Arranging and organizing the stations on the line
• Preparing and Maintaining a clean workspace while you work
