Job summary

Crooked Pint Ale House in Waite Park, MN is hiring a Line Cook to join our energetic kitchen team. The position offers $17-$19 per hour with lunch and dinner shifts, on-the-job training, and meal discounts.

A strong work ethic and positive attitude are valued as you prepare and plate menu items in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications include prior line or prep cook experience is preferred, ability to work nights and weekends, and a team-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Previous line or prep cook experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work nights and weekends.
• Comfortable in a high-volume, team-oriented kitchen.
• Ability to follow recipes and kitchen procedures.
• Reliable and punctual with dependable transportation.
• ServSafe certification is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prep ingredients and set up stations according to recipes and specs.
• Cook menu items with speed, accuracy, and attention to presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Work closely with other kitchen staff and FOH team to deliver great guest experiences.
