Located at SplashDown Beach, America’s Biggest Little Water Park in Fishkill, NY, this position seeks experienced line and prep cooks. Candidates should be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced food stand, preparing food for over 2000 guests daily. A strong work ethic, pride, and the ability to follow standard recipes are essential. Candidates must be team players, working cohesively under the Food & Beverage Director.

Responsibilities

• Create delicious food and garnishes to impress guests and enhance dining experiences.
• Serve food safely and promptly.
• Prepare menu components consistently using established recipes.
• Memorize and apply serving portion sizes and basic meal prep procedures.
• Maintain sanitation standards in the kitchen, food prep, and storage areas.
• Collaborate with the team to prepare for upcoming shifts.
• Monitor product freshness continuously.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of cooking and kitchen experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong production skills, with high sanitation and safety standards.
• Safe Food Handling Certification preferred.
• Ability to stand for long hours and lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
