Job Summary

A versatile kitchen team member who prepares and cooks all food items to company specifications, following recipes, procedures, and safety and sanitation guidelines.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook all food items to company specifications
• Plate finished dishes according to the chef’s guidance
• Set up, operate, break down, and clean all kitchen equipment
• Assist with washing dishes, sweeping/mopping floors, and maintaining equipment sanitation
• Uphold high restaurant kitchen sanitation and food service safety standards

Job Requirements

• Previous experience not required – on‑the‑job training provided
• Current Food Handler’s Card where applicable, or will assist in obtaining one
• Attention to detail, knowledge of weights, measurements, and volumes
• Ability to learn the restaurant menu and recipes quickly
• Knowledge of all chemicals used in the building
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced team environment
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and able to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Must be at least 18 years old
