ZDR Garter Operations LLC in Tucson, AZ is seeking a talented Line Cook to join our kitchen team. This position offers day and night shifts in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and quality matter on every plate.

Responsibilities include preparing items per recipes, maintaining a sanitary workstation, stocking stations, and collaborating with the team to ensure timely production while meeting health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a line cook, prep cook, or similar kitchen role.
• Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and knife skills.
• Open availability for day and night shifts; Full time 30-40 hours weekly.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Food handler's certification or willingness to obtain one.
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player.

• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies before service
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth, timely food production

• Assist with prep work including chopping, portioning, and marinating ingredients
• Adhere to all food safety and health code regulations
