What You’ll Do:

• Prepare high-quality dishes according to chef specifications, ensuring consistency and standards.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Manage kitchen equipment and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

What We Need From You:

• At least 2 years of experience as a Line Cook in a full-service restaurant.
• Current Food Handler and TABC permits.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand or walk for long periods.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Reliable transportation.
