Our Line Cooks are experts at:

• Following all recipes and practicing portion control to prepare, garnish, and present ordered items
• Maintaining proper and adequate setup of the kitchen/station daily
• Requisitioning and stocking all required food, paper products, and condiments
• Handling, storing, and rotating all products properly
• Setting up, maintaining, cleaning, and breaking down machinery and equipment
• Maintaining stock, cutting, and storing all perishables daily to ensure product quality

Skills & Other Requirements

• Minimum of one year experience working in a food service environment
• Food handler's permit, as required by law
• Brand Certification, as required
