Job summary

1UP Entertainment + Social in Carrollwood / Tampa, FL is hiring experienced cooks who bring great attitude, integrity, and a real team-first mindset to the line.

Cook to recipe with precise portions, temps, and plating, and keep your station organized. You will handle daily prep, cleaning, and inventory, ensuring timely communication with expo and the team. This is a full-time role with growth opportunities within a dynamic venue.

Qualifications

• Prior kitchen experience in a high-volume restaurant or bar.
• Great attitude, integrity, and team-player mindset – non-negotiable.
• Good communication with line, expo, and management.
• Able to read a POS ticket and prepare multiple orders quickly and accurately.
• Stand and move for long shifts, lift up to 50 lbs, work hot/cold conditions.
• Age 18+.

Responsibilities
