Job summary

1UP Entertainment + Social in Carrollwood, Tampa, FL is hiring an experienced cook to join its scratch kitchen inside a multi-venue attraction.

You will cook to recipe, manage your station, and maintain cleanliness while supporting a fast-paced team. The role offers 50% employee discount on meals and attractions, plus opportunities for growth within the kitchen team.

Qualifications

• Prior kitchen experience in a high-volume restaurant or bar.
• Great attitude, integrity, and team-player mindset — non-negotiable.
• Good communication skills with the line, expo, and management.
• Able to read a POS ticket and prepare multiple orders quickly and accurately.
• Available late nights, weekends, and holidays; willing to pick up extra shifts.
• Stand and move for long shifts, lift up to 50 lbs, work hot/cold conditions; Age 18+; Food handler certification (or willing to get one).
