Job Summary
To produce and maintain the quality of menu items assigned to your station according to the company's recipes and specifications. Ensure safety, sanitation, and food standards are met according to recipes, procedures, quality, and timeliness.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Arrive on time, in proper uniform, and ready to work.
  2. Maintain a brisk, steady pace; stay organized; avoid unnecessary steps.
  3. Adhere to 100% of recipes when prepping or assisting with production.
  4. Use scales, measuring spoons, and recipe cards for portion control.
  5. Keep the kitchen and equipment clean; practice "clean as you go."
  6. Complete work efficiently, maintaining quality and quantity standards.
  7. Stock supplies proactively before rush periods.
  8. Work effectively as part of a team.
  9. Maintain a safe working environment following OSHA guidelines.
  10. Handle food safely, including receiving, rotating, and stocking food.
  11. Support prep work as needed.

  1. Handle multiple tasks and manage fluctuating workloads.
  2. Communicate well and work collaboratively with team members.
