Greenspring Village by Erickson Senior Living is hiring a Line Cook to join our dining team. You will craft restaurant-quality, chef-inspired meals for residents using à la minute techniques and work in a fast-paced kitchen.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of cook-to-order experience.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.
• Be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to work in varying temperatures in hot and cold areas.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all meals and menu items following proper safety and cooking techniques.
• Ensure accurate portioning, plating, temperature and presentation of meals.
• Use culinary skills to create high-quality dishes for residents.
• Keep the kitchen and workstation clean and sanitized at all times.

How you will make an impact
