Position Specifics

As a Line Cook, you will prepare modern takes on classic dishes, ensuring high quality and timely service.

• Produce high‑quality dishes with strict food safety, sanitation, and timing standards.
• Be fully familiar with all menu items, recipes, plating guidelines, and safety information.
• Use knives, electric mixers, immersion blenders, food processors, scales, and portion bags to prepare ingredients.
• Cook foods using ovens, gas stoves, griddles, and broilers.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation and work area.
• Handle all products in accordance with Health Department standards and Over Easy guidelines.
