What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who is passionate about food and dedicated to excellence. To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience working in a professional kitchen, preferably in a griddle or similar role. If you do not have 1 year of experience but have a deep interest in food, please still apply! We are a wonderful teaching kitchen.
• Availability Tuesday - Saturday 1:30pm - 10pm 5 days a week.
• A strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional dishes.
• The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
