True Food Kitchen in Las Vegas seeks a skilled Line Cook to join a fast-paced kitchen. You’ll prep, cook, and plate across stations like Pantry, Pastry, Pizza, Wok, Sauté, or Grill, with experience across multiple stations a plus.

We value great food, consistent execution, and teamwork. 6+ months in a high-volume restaurant, knife skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds are required. Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare starters, entrées, pizzas, and more.
• Follow portions, recipes, and quality standards.
• Keep your station clean, stocked, and organized.
• Assist with prep, opening/closing, and smooth operations.
• Operate ovens, stoves, grills and other kitchen equipment.
• Prepare ingredients by portioning, chopping, weighing, measuring, and mixing ingredients.
• Wash and disinfect kitchen, tables, tools, knives, and equipment.

We’re looking for a skilled Line Cook to join our fast-paced, high-energy kitchen. You’ll prep, cook, and plate delicious dishes across stations like Pantry, Pastry, Pizza, Wok, Sauté, or Grill (experience in multiple stations a plus!).

RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

• Prepare starters, entrées, pizzas, and more
• Follow portions, recipes, and quality standards
• Keep your station clean, stocked, and organized
• Assist with prep, opening/closing, and smooth operations
• Operate ovens, stoves, grills and other kitchen equipment
