Responsibilities include:

• Following established food safety guidelines, recipes, standards, and procedures
• Maintaining a clean and food-safe environment
• Preparing, portioning, and cooking food items according to quality specifications
• Assessing ingredients for freshness and quality, rotating stock appropriately
• Being a team player
