Landmark Mélisse restaurant and Citrin restaurant are looking for experienced, professional, and dedicated line cooks. We're seeking passionate cooks excited to learn under the guidance of LA veteran and 2-Star Michelin Chef, Josiah Citrin.
About Citrin:
Citrin is a 1-Star Michelin, modern Californian restaurant by Chef Josiah Citrin. The attention to detail and pursuit of excellence that defined Josiah’s landmark Mélisse restaurant for 23 years thrive in this new space. Citrin offers a fun, welcoming, and approachable experience with a large bar and a choice between our à la carte menu and prix fixe, reflecting our love of hospitality and passion to deliver exciting and delicious food.
Ideal candidates are motivated, positive, and always seeking to improve. Thriving under pressure while remaining calm is essential. You must have availability to work at least 3-4 shifts per week, including weekends and holidays. We seek chefs with a sense of urgency, awareness, and teamwork skills.
