Job summary

Tommy Bahama is seeking ambassadors to live the island life and lead in hospitality across culinary, front-of-house and management roles. You will inspire your team, share knowledge on seasonal scratch cuisine, and craft crafted cocktails while providing world-class dining and aloha spirit to guests.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ years of high-volume culinary/hospitality experience, a current food handler's card, strong communication skills, and a willingness to take on additional duties to support

Qualifications

• 1+ years of high volume culinary/hospitality experience.
• Current food handler's card and other certifications as required by law.
• Basic knowledge of food/restaurant service skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to communicate operational information.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Willingness to perform other duties to support the business.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in a team environment, demonstrating genuine hospitality and team player skills to promote culinary success.
• Possess complete knowledge and ensure timely execution of all food menus/recipes, including ingredients, preparation methods, and presentation.
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience by consistently preparing high quality menu items ordered by the guest.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen by maintaining agency standards.

ESSENTIALS FOR LIFE IN PARADISE

• You have 1+ years of high volume culinary/hospitality experience
• You have a current food handler's card and other certification as required by federal/state/local law
• You have basic knowledge of food/restaurant service skills
• You have strong communications skills and is able to communicate operational information
• You have a high school diploma or GED
• Willingness to perform other duties as required that are necessary to support the business
