Competitive hourly rate: $20.25 - $25 / hour depending on experience.

The Cook positions are vital for executing every ticket with consistency, timeliness, recipe adherence, and quality control to ensure memorable guest experiences. As a line cook, you will handle multiple tickets focusing on preparation, plate presentation, and timeliness.

Once hired, you will be trained in a specific station (Grill, Sauté, Pantry, Fry) and tested to ensure proficiency. You will learn our guest standards and work collaboratively in a team environment, following all company standards and performing opening, ongoing, and closing duties.

Essential Qualifications
  • Minimum of 18 years of age
  • 1 year experience as a restaurant cook
  • High school diploma
  • Food Handler's Card
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English with guests, management, and co-workers
  • Knowledge of cooking techniques, menu items, ingredients, and presentation standards
  • Proper use and maintenance of kitchen equipment
  • Ability to understand food orders
