Located across the street from the San Diego Convention Center and underneath the iconic entrance to the Gaslamp Quarter, Lou & Mickey’s has been Downtown San Diego’s favorite steakhouse for over a decade. The restaurant was recently renovated, yet still transports you to another time.
Competitive hourly rate: $20.25 - $25 / hour depending on experience.

The Cook positions are vital for executing every ticket with consistency, timeliness, recipe adherence, and quality control to ensure memorable guest experiences. As a line cook, you will handle multiple tickets focusing on preparation, plate presentation, and timeliness.
Once hired, you will be trained in a specific station (Grill, Sauté, Pantry, Fry) and tested to ensure proficiency. You will learn our guest standards and work collaboratively in a team environment, following all company standards and performing opening, ongoing, and closing duties.
