Responsibilities

• Know the food menu and origin of live seafood
• Ensure kitchen is set up and stocked
• Prepare dishes according to recipes for Fry, Boil, Grill, Sauté, and Expo stations
• Coordinate food prep timing with team
• Maintain health and safety standards
• Keep line areas clean, stocked, and organized
• Perform side work, opening, and closing duties
• Obtain and maintain Food Handlers Certification
