Overview

• FULL TIME & PART TIME POSITIONS AVAILABLE

Position Summary

Responsible for the preparation and cooking of food according to established recipes and standards.

Essential Functions

• Assist in the preparation, production, and service of food for restaurant, banquet, and associate functions.
• Ensure the quality and presentation of dishes by following recipes and/or product specifications.
• Maintain standards of sanitation and adhere to food safety regulations.
• Operate and maintain a variety of kitchen equipment including but not limited to choppers, mixers, slicers, steamers, grills, etc.
• Perform all other duties as deemed necessary by management.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Able to move items weighing up to 50 pounds, including stocking shelves above eye level.
• Attention to detail and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to bend, twist, lift, and stand for the duration of the shift.
• Flexibility to work morning (breakfast) and evening (dinner) shifts.

Compensation Range

$16.00/Hr. - $18.00/Hr., based on qualifications and experience.
