HCA Florida St. Lucie Hospital in Port St. Lucie, FL is seeking a Line Cook to support the Nutritional Service Department under the FANS Management team. You will prepare hot foods, follow recipes, and maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary kitchen.

The role requires a high school diploma (or equivalent), English proficiency, and at least one year in healthcare food service preferred. You will deliver high levels of customer service while adhering to safety guidelines.

Job Summary And Qualifications

The Line Cook works under the direction of the FANS Management team to ensure that all work is performed utilizing all safety and sanitation guidelines. Performs routine daily tasks related to hot production needs of the Nutritional Service Department. The position will prepare and cook all hot food and related items ensuring a clean and sanitized work area in accord with recipe requirements. Provides the highest level of customer service at all times.

• One year of experience in healthcare food and nutrition services preferred
• Must be able to speak, write, and read in English
