Job description

Responsibilities
  1. Prepare daily production lists.
  2. Cook all food items according to standard recipes and guest orders, ensuring product consistency; involves transporting heavy food products.
  3. Inspect, select, and use only high-quality food items for all menu preparations.
  4. Manage proper storage, monitor portion control, especially for specific cuts of meat, to maintain quality.
  5. Keep refrigeration, equipment, and storage areas clean and compliant with health regulations.
  6. Maintain logs for cooling, heating, and temperature controls.
  7. Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
  8. Assist other kitchen staff as needed.
The ideal candidate

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service standards, and guest relations.
  • Understanding of sanitation standards.
  • Proficiency in operating kitchen equipment such as stoves, ovens, slicers, steamers, and kettles.
  • Ability to read and follow product labeling instructions for safety and compliance.
