Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a focused line cook to prepare food to recipe and portion standards in a hotel kitchen. You will start ahead items, manage par levels, rotate perishables, and assist with buffet setup and line readiness.
The role requires a reliable team player with dexterity to operate kitchen equipment and lift up to 100 lbs, ensuring safe food handling and guest satisfaction.
Self‑starting personality with an even disposition. Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times. Communicate well with guests. Must be willing to "pitch‑in" and help co‑workers with their duties and be a team player. Finger/hand dexterity to operate food machinery. Ability to grasp, lift and/or carry goods weighing a maximum of 100 lbs. on a continuous schedule.
