Line Cook :

You will be preparing food the Red Robin way, which includes cutting, sautéing, broiling, frying, and cooking various meals such as meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups, salads, and other ingredients. You will ensure guests are worry-free by adhering to safe food handling and cleanliness standards. In addition to base pay, you will also receive a free meal each shift.

Other Compensation:

Referral bonus, Employee Stock Purchase Program (after 1+ years of service, must work 20+ hours/week).

Health Insurance:

Retirement Benefits:

401(k) retirement plan with company match up to 4% of pay (must be 21+, after 1+ years of service, and 1,000+ hours/year).

Paid Time Off:

0.0192 hours for each hour worked (after 1+ years of service, 35+ hours/week).
