Dave & Buster's/Main Event Entertainment in Palm Springs, CA is seeking a Line Cook to deliver high-quality dishes and a memorable guest experience. You will follow recipes, prep items, and maintain safety and sanitation standards in a fast-paced kitchen.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months line or prep cook experience, are 18+, hold a Food Handlers Certification, and can work days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Join a team that values collaboration, growth, and a fun, inclusive culture.

Job Description: At Dave & Buster's/Main Event Entertainment, our Line Cooks prepare unforgettably delicious food that keeps our Guests coming back for more! As a Line Cook, you are passionate about our ingredients, food quality standards and delivering a consistent Guest experience! You are an expert on our prep and spec recipes, operational standards, equipment and utensils. You're also dedicated to delivering the highest standards in safety and sanitation.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING DAILY?

• Upholding our cleanliness and safety standards (We take this seriously!)
• Prepping and cooking all menu items according to recipes standards
• Helping minimize food waste by creating proper portions, staying vigilant for ticket errors, and communicating with expo
• Partnering with the service team to ensure food is accurate, delivered fresh and in a timely manner
• Adhering to all company and health department food safety procedures
• Properly and safely operating kitchen equipment
• Maintaining a clean and stocked station before, during and after each shift
• Performing opening, mid-day or closing duties as assigned

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Must have at least 6 months of Line Cook and/or Prep Cook experience
• 18 + years of age; Food Handlers Certification, as required
• Comply with the company uniform standards
• Always be ready to create a memorable guest experience
