Metro Diner is hiring full- and part-time Line Cooks (concinero / cocinera) for our high-volume kitchen in Florida. We offer day and night shifts with flexible scheduling and competitive benefits, including paid vacation after meeting eligibility requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience cooking in a high-volume kitchen preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items to specs and quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper food handling procedures in the line area.
