Job summary

Metro Diner in Murfreesboro, TN is hiring line cooks to join our busy breakfast, lunch and dinner service. We offer flexible scheduling, competitive benefits, and a supportive family-style environment with no late nights.

Join our growing family and develop your cooking skills in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen. Prior back-of-house experience is preferred; we provide training and opportunities for advancement in a welcoming team setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume kitchen environments is preferred.
• Ability to work breakfast/lunch/dinner shifts with flexible scheduling.
• Ability to maintain food safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Cook items on the line for breakfast, lunch, and dinner service.
• Maintain mise en place and quality control at all times.
• Assist with kitchen prep and station cleanup as needed.
