Job summary

Evergreen Retirement Community, Inc. is seeking a Line Cook to join our Culinary Services team in Oshkosh, WI. The role focuses on preparing meals to order for residents, with opportunities for advancement after training.

Shifts run 6:00am–2:30pm or 11:00am–7:30pm, with 6 shifts every two weeks. Weekday pay starts at $18/hour, and weekend shifts add $2/hour. Free meals on each shift and potential for wage increases are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read and follow a recipe.
• Previous cooking experience required.
• Wage structure: weekday $18.00/hr; weekend premium $2/hr on applicable shifts.

Job description

Evergreen is looking for a Line Cook to join our amazing Culinary Services team! Advancement opportunities are available for eligible team members who are interested in moving up.

Shift hours are: 6:00am-2:30pm or 11:00am-7:30pm. 6 shifts, 48 hours, per two-week pay period. Work on every other weekend and holiday is required. This position has potential to grow to full time after a successful training period.

Weekday hourly wage is $18.00. Weekend shifts have an extra $2 per hour!

Annual wage increase opportunities. Free meals on each shift for all Culinary staff, as well as many unique perks!

As a Cook you will:
