30hop Restaurant & Bar in Omaha, NE is hiring cooks to join our kitchen team. We offer full-/part-time roles with shifts ranging 4–8 hours and evening/weekend availability. You will prepare ingredients, set up stations, and cook menu items while maintaining quality and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen is preferred but not required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients, sauces, and recipes for service.
• Set up your station with food, equipment, and supplies for the shift.
• Cook items using grilling, frying, sautéing, broiling, and other methods.
• Follow recipes and established preparation standards.
• Maintain food quality and consistency during service.
• Label, rotate, store, and handle food properly.
• Keep station and kitchen areas clean and organized.
• Restock ingredients and supplies throughout the shift.
• Complete cleaning, inventory, and food-storage documentation.
• Communicate with leadership and teammates during busy periods.
• Support prep and line operations wherever needed.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

30hop Restaurant & Bar in Omaha, NE is hiring Cooks to join our kitchen team.

If you like staying busy, working alongside a team, and preparing great food in a fast-paced restaurant, we'd like to hear from you. Our Cooks support both preparation and line operations and play an important role in keeping the kitchen organized and service running smoothly.

30hop is a full-service American restaurant and bar with locations across Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, and Nebraska. We're known for great food, craft beer, and a fun, welcoming atmosphere. Our teams are at the heart of what we do and help create a great experience for our Guests every day.

Pay

$15 - $22 per hour based on experience.

Schedule & Availability

• Full-time and part-time opportunities available
• Shifts typically range from 4-8 hours
• Evening and weekend availability is strongly preferred
• Peak-hour availability is especially helpful

What We're Looking For

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Previous prep cook, line cook, or restaurant kitchen experience is preferred but not required
• Ability to stay productive in a fast-paced restaurant kitchen
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Dependable and attentive to detail
• Willingness to learn and contribute wherever needed
• Ability to stand and move throughout the kitchen for extended periods
• Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 40 pounds
