Job summary

Red Robin is hiring Line Cooks in Norton Shores, MI. Join a high-volume, casual dining team and learn our preparation methods, including cutting, sautéing, broiling, frying, and cooking a variety of dishes.

We offer flexible hours, a fun workplace, and opportunities for advancement. Candidates must be 18+ and attentive to Health & Safety standards; back-of-house cooking experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience in a high-volume kitchen preferred.
• Back-of-house cooking experience welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Learn Red Robin preparation methods including cutting, sautéing, broiling, frying and cooking a variety of meals.
• Prepare foods such as meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups and salads.
• Adhere to Health & Safety standards in a fast-paced kitchen.

You will learn the Red Robin style of food preparation, which includes cutting, sautéing, broiling, frying, and cooking various meals such as meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups, salads, and other ingredients.

We offer great restaurant culinary careers for line cooks (cocinero / cocinera) who have back of house cooking, chef, sauté cook, or grill cook kitchen experience in a high-volume restaurant environment. We're also looking for HOH team members (Jefe / Jefa) who have back of house preparation / food prep / production experience.
