Job summary

Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews! is seeking line cooks to join our high-volume kitchen team. Learn the Red Robin style of food preparation, including cutting, sautéing, broiling, frying, and cooking meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups, and salads.

We offer flexible hours and exciting work environment with growth opportunities; part-time and full-time positions available. Ideal candidates are team players with strong communication, detail orientation, and a commitment to health and safety

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent teamwork and communication required.
• Ability to maintain health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Learn the Red Robin style of food preparation.
• Prepare meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups, salads and other ingredients.
• Cut, sauté, broil, fry, and cook items in a high-volume kitchen environment.

You will learn the Red Robin style of food preparation, which includes cutting, sautéing, broiling, frying, and cooking various meals such as meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups, salads, and other ingredients.

We offer great restaurant culinary careers for line cooks (cocinero / cocinera) who have back of house cooking, chef, sauté cook, or grill cook kitchen experience in a high-volume restaurant environment. We're also looking for HOH team members (Jefe / Jefa) who have back of house preparation / food prep / production experience.
