Job Description:

As a Line Cook at Blue Mezze, you will play a vital role in the preparation and execution of high-quality dishes that reflect our commitment to excellence. We're looking for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced kitchen, work well under pressure, and take pride in delivering consistently outstanding food.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items with precision and consistency
• Set up and maintain workstations with all necessary ingredients and equipment
• Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen at all times
• Communicate clearly with fellow kitchen staff and front-of-house team
• Uphold all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
• Assist with inventory and receiving when needed
  
  

Qualifications:
