Corner Table Restaurants in New York, NY is seeking a Line Cook to join our fast-paced kitchen. You will prepare, cook, and plate items with attention to quality and timing, following recipes and standards. This role emphasizes teamwork, consistency, and guest satisfaction in a vibrant, hospitality-focused environment.

Formación

• 2 years of experience in a fast-casual dining environment.
• Ability to read and follow standardized recipes.
• Experience as a pizza cook or similar role preferred.

• Prepares food by cutting, chopping, mixing, and sauces.
• Cooks items by grilling, frying, sautéing to recipes.
• Set up station for service and stock it.
• Cook menu items in cooperation with kitchen staff.
• Ensure timely, high-quality food presentation.
• Clean up station during and after service.
• Follow CDC or Sous Chef instructions.

• Prepare food to Parla’s specifications
• Responsible for food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
• Set up a station for service by chopping, butchering, preparing, and/or stocking station
• Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
• Answer, report, and follow CDC’s or Sous Chef’s instructions
• Clean up station during and at the end of service
• Ensure food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion.

THE POSITION: LINE COOK
