Base pay range

$17.00/hr - $20.00/hr

If you have a passion for culinary arts and want to advance your skills in a new, state-of-the-art kitchen, Kings Creek Country Club could be the perfect fit for you. We are seeking a Line Cook to join our culinary team. If interested, please apply!

General Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Prepare a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other food items in broilers, ovens, grills, fryers, and other kitchen equipment.
  2. Stock and maintain sufficient levels of food products at line stations.
  3. Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation.
  4. Follow proper plate presentation and garnish set-up for all dishes.
  5. Multi-task and anticipate needs in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Responsible for closing the kitchen according to the closing checklist.
  7. Other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
  1. Experience in a kitchen environment required.
  2. Knowledge and passion for cooking.
  3. Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  4. Authorization to work in the U.S.
  5. Background check required.
Physical Demands and Work Environment

Work is primarily standing and walking on a level surface, though the occasionally slippery floor. Must be able to work standing for prolonged periods of time. Must be able to reach, bend, stoop, stand and frequently lift/move up to 50 lbs. and occasionally lift/move up to 100 lbs. Moderate noise level in the work environment.
