Join Chef ANDREW CARMELLINI'S Team at LOCANDA VERDE

Our team is looking for passionate, dedicated LINE COOKS eager to learn and grow within our neighborhood taverna, serving Chef Andrew Carmellini's soulful urban Italian menu. Located in Robert DeNiro's TriBeCa hotel, The Greenwich, our bustling restaurant welcomes New Yorkers with a warm atmosphere, leisurely Italian spirit, and heartfelt cooking.

This position offers tremendous growth potential within our expanding hospitality family.

Ideal Candidates:
  • Have excellent knife skills
  • Knowledge of cooking procedures, safety, and sanitation
  • Experience on multiple kitchen stations
  • Ability to lift 25 lbs or more
  • Prepare and execute key components of dishes
  • Ensure quality and accuracy of products and dishes
  • Support fellow cooks
