Job summary

The Eliza Jane Hotel in New Orleans blends historic charm with modern luxury. The kitchen team is looking for hands-on helpers to set up, clean, and organize stations, prepare ingredients with efficiency, and uphold safety and sanitation standards in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with commercial cooking equipment and clear communication with front- and back-of-house teams is valued. A culinary degree or related restaurant experience is preferred.
