• Opening, closing & side duties — setting up, stocking, and breaking down kitchen equipment.
• Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, line, expo, dish room and back dock.
• Reading order tickets or Kitchen Display System; assembling orders and checking quality.
• Demonstrating product knowledge and handling special prep or long-ticket items.
