Hard Rock Cafe Niagara Falls is seeking a dedicated Line Cook to join our kitchen team. You will prepare and plate menu items to spec, receive and stock products, and ensure proper labeling and safe storage of prepped foods in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include opening/closing duties, maintaining cleanliness, reading tickets or Kitchen Display System, and assisting with special prep for large parties while upholding top quality and guest satisfaction.

• Previous Line Cook experience required.
• Strong knowledge of safety and sanitation standards.

Basic Functions Of a Line Cook

Job Requirements Include

• Previous Line Cook experience required
• Standing or moving, for long periods of time
• General knowledge of all safety & sanitation standards
• Recycling products, where possible
• Remaining calm in a hectic, fast-paced atmosphere
• Demonstrating a high level of organization, attention-to-detail and a sense-of-urgency
• Displaying a positive and outwardly friendly attitude toward guests and co-workers
