Casadonna in Miami is seeking a motivated kitchen team member to support high-volume service and refined Coastal Italian cuisine.

You will prep, station maintain, and collaborate with chefs to deliver excellence on busy nights; 2+ years preferred, must have sharp knives. This role emphasizes speed, organization, and strong teamwork, with opportunities to learn advanced technique in a vibrant culinary program.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of kitchen experience in a high-paced environment; willing to train the right candidate.
• Highly organized, detail oriented and punctual.
• Must be able to stand for at least 8 hours and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must have a sense of urgency.
• Must have your own SHARP knives.

Who We are:

Casadonna is a brand new concept in collaboration with Groot Hospitality and Tao Group. The restaurant will focus on high end, refined, Coastal Italian cuisine, specializing in house made pastas andcrudos.

We are building a supportive, empowering, passionate culture hyper focused on seasonality and technique.

Located in the Historic Womans Club of Miami, this high volume waterfront restaurant is set to change the landscape of Miami’s dining scene.

Reports To:

Executive Chef, Chef de Cuisine, Executive Sous Chef, Sous Chefs

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Applicants should have at least 2 years of kitchen experience in a high pace environment, but we are willing to train the right person


• Highly organized, detail oriented and punctual


• Great attitude, respectful and a team player


• Must be able to stand for at least 8 hours and lift at least 50 pounds


• Must have a sense of urgency
