Job summary

Red Robin in Madison Heights, Michigan is hiring Prep Cooks for full-time and part-time shifts. Learn the Red Robin style of food preparation, including cutting, sautéing, broiling, frying, and cooking a variety of meals.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quality food including meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups, salads and other ingredients.
• Learn Red Robin style of food preparation, including cutting, sautéing, broiling, frying and cooking various meals.
• Work in a high-volume restaurant environment with back of house cooking experience (HOH).

You will learn the Red Robin style of food preparation, which includes cutting, sautéing, broiling, frying, and cooking various meals such as meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups, salads, and other ingredients.

We offer great restaurant culinary careers for line cooks (cocinero / cocinera) who have back of house cooking, chef, sauté cook, or grill cook kitchen experience in a high-volume restaurant environment. We're also looking for HOH team members (Jefe / Jefa) who have back of house preparation / food prep / production experience.
