The Post Chicken and Beer is looking for an AMAZING LINE COOK! We offer very competitive pay and lots of growth opportunities.

Line Cooks are responsible for preparing delicious fried chicken, pies, sides, and biscuits with craft and intention. In addition, they handle other heart-of-house duties such as prep, set-up, safety, cleaning, and breakdown, while assisting the chefs and the kitchen team. Our kitchen maintains the highest standards of quality, consistency, flavor, and presentation to ensure a remarkable guest experience. Candidates should be eager to learn, adaptable, and comfortable working with hot equipment, knives, slicers, etc. If this sounds like you, let's go!

Here’s the scoop:

  • Full-Time or Part-Time (availability nights & weekends)
  • 1 year of experience in a professional kitchen
  • Team service tip pool model (tips shared among all hourly employees)
  • $22-$26 per hour starting wage, with opportunities to earn more
