We are seeking skilled and passionate Line Cooks to deliver our Southern-inspired dishes, ensuring quality, flavor, and presentation.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to Yardbird’s recipes and standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation during service.
• Ensure food safety standards are met with fresh and properly stored ingredients.
• Collaborate with team members for smooth kitchen operations.
• Follow portion controls and minimize waste for food cost management.
• Assist in daily prep tasks such as chopping and marinating.
• Communicate effectively with the team and management.
• Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude in a team-oriented environment.
• Work well under pressure to meet schedules and guest expectations.
• Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Use equipment safely and maintain knowledge of its proper use.
• Monitor inventory to reduce waste and control food costs.
• Meet with Chefs to review assignments and business levels.

Preferred qualifications:
