Job summary

Concord Hospitality Enterprises is hiring a Hotel Line Cook in Jersey City, NJ. The position pays $21 per hour and is full-time. You will prepare food to brand recipes, ensure quality and safe serving temperatures, and work with the operations team to support guest dining experiences.

Responsibilities include following SOPs, proper documentation, and adapting to guest requests while maintaining high presentation standards.

Qualifications

• Prepare food of consistent quality following brand recipe cards.
• Proper Documentation on all food containers with adherence to rotations per SOP.
• Practice safety standards at all times.
• Report to work in full clean uniform on time and ready to serve.
• Cook orders with adherence to guest requests/special needs in a positive manner.
• Be proactive with ordering and pars, food preparations and equipment upkeep to eliminate service obstacles.

We are hiring a Hotel Line Cook

Pay Rate: $21 per hour
